Mohan Textiles Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Mohan Textiles. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your dress materials, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over ₹1000, otherwise ₹50 (Estimated delivery time: [6-10] business days)

  • Expedited Shipping: ₹150 (Estimated delivery time: [4-6] business days)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or public holidays.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for customers within Amritsar, Punjab.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered on the same day or next day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00PM will be delivered in 2 day.

  • Local delivery is available for a freeof cost.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mohan Textiles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Mohan Textiles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping for our customers. Please note that Mohan Textiles' responsibility is strictly limited to the secure packaging of your order.

Once your package has been handed over to the international shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible or liable for delivery times, transit delays, customs clearances, or any other issues that may occur during the shipping process. All subsequent responsibilities—including tracking and final delivery—rest entirely with the carrier and the customer.
